Ambelos is located 300 meters above sea level offering fantastic panoramic views of the Aegean, and Turkey. Ambelos has a post office, two mini-marts, and two traditional tavern/cafenio. Your host Tina Little will secure that your stay is comfortable and provide you with tourist information. Airport transfer available upon request.

They consist of four ground-floor studios which are fully equipped for self-catering purposes. Each studio is divided into a twin-bedded area with an archway through to kitchen dining room with cooking hob, fridge, kettle and all utensils. The accommodation offers a large fully-tiled bathroom with walk-in shower facilities. There are balconies to the front and rear of each unit. The studios are cleaned twice-weekly and are managed and maintained by the English owners who live on the premises. A two-minute stroll leads to the sea where there are restaurants, tavernas and bars. A further eight-minute walk along the pedestrianised beachfront leads to the village square with Post Office and other amenities leading down to the harbour.

This modern 150 m2 single-family house built in 2004 by the owner, an Athens architect, is arranged on one main level, with a separate guest house at -1 level. The main house consists of two architectural volumes that are connected by a corridor with glass doors. The western volume comprises all the dwelling spaces, ie. open plan design kitchen, dining area and sitting room. The eastern volume houses 3 bedrooms: 1 master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 children’s bedroom with bunker bed for two, WC & bathroom. The guestroom at the lower level is equipped with one double & one single bed, bathroom and small refrigerator. A wooden deck connects the two volumes and is ideal for outdoor dining with sea view. The house is surrounded by a 1.000 m2 garden with free green spaces for outdoor activities, trees and herbs. The house with guestroom sleeps up to 8 persons.
Renovated while preserving its naturalness, my small farmhouse is located in the Bay of Karystos. The house has a charm and causes you to have pure relaxation, along with the pure island climate. It doesn’t matter how you want to relax, the island has offers for every activity. All rooms are furnished according to German standards and have all necessities that a household needs. About 3 km from the centre of Karystos and from the sea you will find the square in the small district of Kalivia in the comfortable peaceful slope location with a sea view. Nearby you will find about 6 houses and a chapel. Enough room on the property allows your children and dog to move freely. Important: car required! The streets are ideal for arriving by car / motorcycle. You can park your vehicle within the property.
