It is an elegant one-storey family house with its private garden and patio surrounded by arcades. Each of the houses have their own character and charm. They can be rented separately or together as they only share the crystal-clear swimming pool. The Red House is a two level traditional house that accommodates 8 people. Two of the rooms open onto the terrace overlooking the beautiful gardens and the plunge pool. The house has its own character and charm and features modern amenities including a fully equipped kitchen, stylish décor and large bedrooms. The Red House large, airy and high-ceilinged sitting room with a huge fireplace opens out on a tiled terrace overlooking the romantic garden and is furnished with a selection of antiques and artworks that are appropriate to its style. The kitchen, the larder, a room with ensuite bathroom are also on the ground floor next to the living room. A grand wooden stairway leads up to the landing and the three double bedrooms which are on the first floor.

In authentic Greek village with wonderful view over the Aegean sea. The villa has four bedrooms and three full bathrooms with fully equipped open kitchen in three levels. Sleeps 10 people and space for more beds. The villa is built on 4775 acres and is surrounded by a nice green lawn, completely fenced and further down olive trees. There is a private above ground swimming pool, a table tennis table and a basketball court behind the house and there are lots of flowers around the house. From the terrace with luxurious furniture (sits 10) you have a stunning view over the sea and the island. The villa is at walking distance from the village Politika with shops and restaurants (about 10 minutes). The local beach of Politika is about three minutes by car and is pebbled with crystal clear water and there are many taverna’s and cafetaria’s. Politika is a quiet typical Greek village for a relaxing vacation, for more action and night life there is the capital of Evia, Chalkida at about twenty minutes from Politika by car.

The position of the house provides wonderful views across farming land towards the sea. The house faces west and so the sunset is a daily spectacle.
